Trolliosis - a curvature of the spine brought on by being hunched over a keyboard sending troll comments out across the internet tubes. Related to crapal tunnel syndrome (I know what I wrote).

Tersla - an un-talkative Tesla owner.

"That guy's a real Tersla type, no interest in talking about his cool Tesla."

Twitterhea

Twitterhea - an incessant need to tweet the minutiae of your day regardless of interest to others.

"I had to mute his account again as his twitterhea was getting out of control, again."

Almost certainly not a newly coined word.

Tachnical

Tachnical - tactically technical or technically tactical, your choice.

I live in a Nerf blaster world, my life is all about tachnical, tacticool and tactidrool.

Tittally

Tittally - totally tits.
"Meghan McCain may be nuts but she's also tittally awesome."

Yes, yes I did invent a word to describe Meghan McCain, what of it?

Taura

Taura - a tour of auras (no, I'm not really sure what it means either).
"She showed me her crystals and then took me on a taura around the cemetery."

Twatts

Twatts - the measurement unit of being a twat, ie. jerkface, asshat, prick, etc.
"He was working hard to pump out a lot of twatts last night after he got insulted."

Also, twattage - your overall twatts rating.

NWoTD - Trumpathy

Trumpathy - sympathy for Donald Trump (curable via medication and/or lobotomy).

NWoTD - Trampathy

Trampathy - sympathy or empathy for tramps (either the sexually promiscuous kind or the ones asking for spare change at intersections)

NWoTD - Trystery

Trystery - mystery tryst (think Mark Sanford disappearing out of the country to go sleep with his South American mistress)

NwoTD - Twuth

Twuth - Twitter truth, something you cannot handle.

NWoTD - Tutirials

Tutirials - tired tutorial or possibly a tutorial delivered by a tired out presenter.

NWoTD - Tempty

Tempty - empty temptation.

NWoTD - Thawt

Thawt - thinking that thaws one out.

NWoTD - Togurt

Togurt - the body cheese generated by a couple of hard partying days in a toga (don't pretend you haven't done the Roman-style lost weekend of partying).

NWoTD - Twistory

Twistory - Twitter history or twisted history (i.e. revisionist story telling).

NWoTD - Tasklost

Tasklost - lost in the swirling maelstrom of an out of control tasklist. Side note, I just read an interesting idea, instead of making a To Do list, try making Don't Do list, it should be shorter.

NWoTD - Tokel

Tokel - someone who becomes a yokel when they smoke dope.

NWoTD - Tarticle

Tarticle - an article about a tart or person of, uhhhhh, looser morals.

NWoTD - Techxorcism

Techxorcism - tech exorcism, driving the poltergeists and demons out of a computer or a network through a combination of voodoo and reinstallations. It is unlikely that I'm the first to come up with this mash-up new word but I'm pretending that I am.
